Hi,
I have a greek passport, and i applied for a study permit 5 weeks ago for the Fall 2016.
As you know, if i have a greek passport i do not need any kind of visa to enter canada as visitor.
Can i book my tickets and go to canada now, until i recieve my study permit ( while i'm there).

given you have a visa exempt passport nothing to stop you travelling as a visitor, you will need an ETA though if after sept 29 th. As you do not yet have your permit would suggest is getting pretty close now to meet the time for a fall course start. Also you will need to do a flagpole trip to a US land border to activate the study permit. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/eta.asp

So now i can go and when my Study permit is approved were can my pasport be stamped ? If i'm in canada ?
