Please help! I can’t continue working with my parents visit visa on the portal

Please help me! I almost done with the application, I just need to pay for the visa and biometrics. When I reached the page where I put the cc details it’s says session expired. I signed out and when I sign in again. I can’t go back and continue anymore, it only shows PENDING and no option to continue with the application. What can I do? I refreshed the page 5 times and even restarted my computer. Thanks

I have same problem from Friday night ,Did you find any solution?

I did. I opened the application on my iPhone. And I was able to pay and submit my application. Tomorrow they will do the biometrics
