Please help how to address my study permit refusal

I was admitted to VCC Vancouver for 2 year diploma in cosmetology for May 2020 intake at the age of 50 years.
I did my bachelors of Arts degree in 1991 and since then I am working in a public sector bank. Since the field of study that I had selected was totally different from my previous studies and work experience So I mentioned all the reasons in my SOP.
However VO rejected my application on the basis :
1. I am not satisfied you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, based on the purpose of your visit ( though I have mentioned in my SOP that I have Visitor Visa and I have been to Canada twice)

2. Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of your qualifications, previous studies, employment history, marks sheets, academic record, level of establishment and future prospects and plans. ( I had also written in my SOP why I wanted to change my career)
With overall 6.5 IELTS score not less than 6 each I applied online on 07 Feb 2020 and got refusal on 17 Feb.

Can anyone help me how to address the rejection issues ?

Your planned studies in Canada don't make any sense at all given your background, age, past work experience and past education. I don't think you have any chance of being approved unless you change your program of study.

Changing career at age 50 makes no sense. No one will believe you.
