I am pregant and i want to born my baby in canada because someone told me that if i will born my baby in canada so we will got permanent visa of canada and canadian government will give visa go me my husband snd my new born baby

No, they are wrong 100%. If a baby is Canadian, that doesn't affect you or your spouse in anyway. The only way it will is when the kid turns 18, works for 3 years(under current rules), and then applies to sponsor parents. 18 years + 3 years + 5 years processing time = 26 years total to become PR for parents.

I need your help please its very important for me :'( I am married and my wife and son are citizen of canada. I applied in Family Class Sponsorships spouse and waited for 2 years during that game of wait me and wife did so many fights and she one day she cancelled my application just because of small fight and *censored word*ing long distance relation ravish my everything My Son too :'(

Now our relationship is almost over but she don't want to give me my Son and she give me challenge and said come to canada and take your son because she knows its very difficult for me to go there and take my son from her but now i really want to go and its my only wish left to get back my son from her and i will InShaAllah.

I am living and working in Dubai,UAE and I have done BBA(Honours)in Marketing so friends guide me how its possible to go there and if i will apply for study visa can i get it?

I really don't understand how you can be pregnant and at the same time have a wife and son who are Canadian citizens.

Either you are asking for someone else, or you are trying desperately to get into Canada after your wife cancelled your sponsorship application.

Well, guys i'm just asking for my colleague behalf and ahe is using my id to know about her self and i am just helping because i am dont no the stupid immigration process and i hate canadian immigration because they stole my son and thanks for u guys u didn't helped me regarding that issue.you are also helpless and u guys forget how to help human being.

you guys just know how to point out on someone and let me know what i will from this forum if i ask so many different question??? do u think these are secret information? plz grow up and help people and u dont have right to point out of anyone

The answer to your question is no.

If the baby is born in Canada the parents will not get PR. The baby will be a Canadian citizen. But there will be no benefits for the parents.

Once the baby is an adult, he/she may be able to sponsor the parents for PR.
