Please Help doubt with my visitor visa documentations

Hi everyone,

I am from Sri Lanka, my husband is PR holder in Canada.
I am thinking to apply for visit visa and go there and apply for inland sponsorship, I am having a doubt with my visit visa documents which i need to submit to get my visa approval. is it must to show properties under your name?

or

I can apply for any other visa to visit there ?

Please help

Your chances of getting a TRV are low. You would need to show significant proof of ties to your country, such as property, a job, school, kids etc.

i have property under my name
i have a vehicle under my name
i can show bank balance below 1 million of sri lankan rupee
i have a job where im currently working as a administrator for last 1 year if needed can submitted my previous employment history as well,
my credit card statements

is these proofs are sufficient to get TRV ?
Please advice.

i can show bank balance below 1 million of sri lankan rupee
