Hi, I just got a closed work permit under a LMIA-exemption.
The OOE that the company submitted has a legal entity and company operations name.
But now Human Resources says that they cannot move my position into that legal entity, but the company is the same.
Will this affects me in future? What should I do?
Has the company to do all the process again and I will need to get a new work permit?
