Please help!!!!!! Caips note not received even after 40 days

I have got refusal twice 1st time purpose of visit . Not satisfied will leave canada after complition of course. Course not make sence

2nd time. lack of aunthicity in documents (all my documents were genuine but un noterized) other reason course not make sense in light of etc etc.

I have applied for caips it's been more then 40 days they said I can expect to receive file end of july iam really running out of deadline.

1 should I reapply without Caips or its worth waiting?

If ur sure dat it was bec of lack of authenticity den its fine if u proceed.
Notorize all the documents, all the best

I contacted Caips help they keep saying I can only receive after 26 July. My consultant told me to wait until caips result then only I can have transparency they mess me around.
