PLEASE HELP: BOWP Approved, now what??

Hello all,

I've searched and searched and cannot find the answer to my question, so here goes:

I received an AOR for my CEC application, and then applied for a BOWP on Dec 11. On Dec 17 I received notification that it was approved (via MYCIC) and now I am wondering what I need to do. My current Work permit expires on Dec 25. Do I need to cross the border and have my passport updated? Or do I stay here in Vancouver, with the online approval being sufficient? I am currently employed and working all through the holidays, so I want to do the right thing. So confused, and for the life of me I cannot find answers! Any help would be appreciated.

You don't have to do anything, your BOWP will be mailed to you.

I second this.
On your mycic section wherein it says "last updated" - you should receive your Work Permit within 2 weeks from that date.
