Please help - Birth Place name in Passport and birth certificate

Hi,

In my Birth certificate, place name is XXXXX NAGAR whereas in Passport, its mentioned as XXXXX and they skip the nagar part.

Do I need to change that?? or LOE would be enough ?? or no need to explain.

I'm really confused by how many names are different with documents. You were born with a name aaa bbb ccc ddd... why does that ever change between documents?

there is no change is my name, I am talking about birthplace city name.
