PLEASE HELP: All Steps Completed with COPR Details but no Portal Email yet

Hi all,

I submitted my common-law inland application on Feb. 17, 2023 and all the stages of the application on my PR tracker shows they have been completed on May 10th. I also have COPR details but it's been more than 2 months and I haven't gotten the portal email yet. I have a representative and all communications go to her. According to her they haven't received the portal email yet and to just wait.

Aside from waiting, what else can I do for me to receive the portal email already? I know it's still within processing time but I'm just hoping that IRCC already sent it but we just were not able to receive it.

Please help me. Thank you.

You look up who your mp is. And their office contacts. And you call or write them.

Yes. I received portal 1 on Aug. 4th then portal 2 Aug. 11th. Got my ecopr on Aug. 16th

Thanks for your reply. So you waited for 3 months to get the portal invitation since the copr details appeared in the tracker?

Yup almost 3 months

In the sane boat now. I can see the copr details in the tracker two weeks ago, but no portal 1 yet

Try calling IRCC cause sometimes they might already sent out the portal invite but you might have not gotten it.

Did you get your P1 email. I am in the same situation. Mine was sent on Jan 17 and neither me or my representative received it. I requested to resend it. Still not received yet.
