Please help about Children Section (6-G) of citizenship application

Hello Everyone,

I have confusion about section 6-g of citizenship application. I have a child, the child is already canadian citizenship ( we have child's passport and birthcertificate). do we need to fill in information of child in section g-6 or just cross and write N.A. I am thinking send photocopies of child birth certificate and passport with our citizenship application. Please advise.

Thank you mentioning. so i have to check the box "child is not school age" and fill child's name, date of birth & country of birth only?

I am filling the application for my child and so do I need to mention my details in Section 12 with my details....
