my first question
which university has better education program and has reasonable tuition fees below 20,000 cad ( york university , reyrson university , university of Toronto )
second question
is there any university not required GMAT OR GRE test in Toronto

please i am so confused GMAT is compulsory at many university in Toronto

to be honest i would like to do it but unfortunately no any institution authorized to do such test so i have to travel to other country in order to do the test

In terms of reputation, the order of these universities is:

University of Toronto (best)
York University
Ryerson

I don't know what their tuition fees are.

If you are interested in applying for an MBA program, then yes - you will need to take the GMAT.

Most of the unis in canada require GMAT for admission in MBA degree programme.

Well reputed unis like McGill and UBC need tests as well.

Try unis in nova scotia and unis in new brunswick that might release your confusion
