Please Guide Me!!!

Hi All

I am Prabhu from India, Completed MBA(HR &Mkting); Mphil (Management) having total 10yrs of Exp. Split - 5 years Exp in Supply chanin Management, 2 yrs Exp in Customer Service Executive and 3 yrs Exp in Import and Export(Customs Clearance).

one of My friend is Settled in Canada and He his Manager in Boston Pizza. i called him for job in Canada.

He asked me to get Open work permit Visa - I dont know what it is - PLEASE GUIDE OR ADVISE ME
and next thing he said is he can place me on Job in Two days if i have OPEN WORK PERMIT VISA.

Please any one advise me - How to get the OPEN Work Permit visa in chennai and what are the Procedures

You don't qualify for an open work permit and can't apply for one.

If your friend wants you to work for him then he will have to obtain an approved LMIA so that you can apply for a closed work permit.

Thanks for the Reply, why i am not Qualified for Open permit visa ?!!! what are the Requirement?

adding to the above, i am not working for my Friend, he said he will get me job over there, lots of Vaccany are there he said

Correct - based on the information you have provided, you don't qualify for an open work permit.

It doesn't matter who wants to hire you in Canada. Your employer in Canada needs to obtain an approved LMIA and then you can apply for a closed work permit.
