Hi everyone,
I’m asking for my sister.
She graduated from Medical University.And she wants to study Master in Canada but we don’t know what are the steps.She just want to finish the Master in Canada and then go back home to work there.
Does she has to find the University in Canada first and then to apply for study visa or what are the steps?

Yes - she has to be accepted into a Master's program in Canada before she can apply for a study permit.

It looks like you have applied for refugee status. If that's the case, your sister's chances of obtaining an approved study permit are quite low.

Yes I’m refugee here,but why can it be a problem for her? I didn’t know about that.

Because you have claimed refugee status in Canada - IRCC may have concerns your sister will do the same. It's going to be difficult for her to obtain a study permit because of your status here.

Oh that’s bad,because my case its personally and she don’t have any reason to make a refugee claim.But anyway thank you for the information.
