I applied for GCSM notes but recieved notes from 02/2020 previous application where I was denied insted of notes from my current 06/2020 application?? any experience on this?

You can apply for visas several times with the same UCI number.
State the specific application/file number in the ATIP/GCMS request form.

Yes thats true I just changed the Application Number they told me UCI number aint mandatory
