Thanks guys for your comments. One more question, I don't need to be asking question after question. Isn't true that a file cannot go IN PROCESS until Eligibility is passed? but our CAIPS shows that our file is IN PROGRESS since April this year. Could this be that the visa officer forgot something there? I ordered new CAIPS notes yesterday to see what they have done so far.

Now the question is whether u got the GCMS notes after ur ecas went is process or before?

If u saw ur ecas went in process after u got ur gcms note..i can bet if u order gcms notes again..ull c ur eligibility has been passed..I have first hand knowledge on this because i have analyzed a lot of gcms notes of people and mine..and kinda mastered it lol...

and for conditionational eligibility status, there are three options... "review required", "recommend passed" recommend interview" .......if ecas goes in process.ur good..dont wrry..u passed eligibilty..just wait for ppr or remedical.

May be different Visa office works in different way...

My wifes file went to CHC singapore.....where the timeline is 28 months....

for 18 months ecas showed "application received"....when i ordered gcms notes...it only sed initial review. eigibility :"recommend passed"

File status "in progress"
Eligibility " in progress"

One fine morning ecas changed to in process....

Gcms notes after that showed..

Yup processing can and only start after eligibility satisfies. Since you saw Criminality passed meaning that:

Eligibility: Passed
Criminality: Passed
Security: passed
Medical: In progress

But you will hear something from them very soon.

Good luck.

Thank you very much for your lucks Eagle. I don't know how long RMO takes to send medicals to CHC? Some people say 2 months.
I don't know who is this RC-9570? Because I see this code or office in many different CHC around the world. He is the one whom they assigned to work on my medicals when the results arrive.

I see what you saying. That is why I ordered new GCMS notes I know they would updated so many stuff. Diyabra when you look in your GCMS notes on Eligibility and Medical do you see this code RC-9570? Looks like it is a chief officer or an office.
