SUBMISSION

Dear Visa Officer:

I submit this Statement of Purpose as part of my application for a study permit to enable me to purpose a post-graduate degree at Selkirk College International (DLI # 019360990072), Castlegar, British Columbia, Canada in the field of Business Administration. My classes are scheduled to commence on May 2, 2018. I applied for a study permit on Oct 31, 2017 (Application # S301906691, UCI # 1105991433). However, my application for a Study Permit was refused by the High Commission of Canada’s letter dated Nov 20, 2017, which reads “You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay. In reaching this decision, I considered several factors including the purpose of visit. Upon a complete review of the application, previous academic and employment history and reasonableness of undertaking the proposed studies in Canada, I am not satisfied you are a bona fide student & would depart Canada at the end of authorized stay”.

I would like to address the concerns raised in the above-mentioned letter as follows:

I have done a MSc Chemistry and currently work at OLFRESH (PVT) Limited, Pakistan. A degree in Business Administration will provide me with the knowledge and qualifications I need to attain a managerial-level position in companies in Pakistan. This course is perfect for me as it consists of managerial, administrative and presentational skills. My intensive previous work experience in corporate organizations makes this program more meaningful as I will be able to understand the academic material better by using my work experience as a reference point. I am quite confident that after completion of the study in Canada in the field of Business Administration, I will be more successful running my job in the field. It will also enable me to spread my personal business also for which I have great dreams.

Remove the bold, I feel it's redundant. Also, your personal business? That seems to be a contradiction as it begins with saying you work for a company.

I would like to study in Canada as it offers a quality and state of the art education and because Canada's higher education system more affordable in comparison to the rest of the English-speaking countries. Furthermore, degrees from Canadian institutes are recognized globally and valued by employers.

In response to concerns that I may overstay, I wish to inform you that I have no intention whatsoever to overstay in Canada. After the completion of my education in Canada, I plan to return to Pakistan where there a numerous opportunities for people with a foreign education in my chosen field.

I have a wife and a young child living in Pakistan to whom I need to return after my education in Canada. As such, I am not a risk of overstaying given my considerable family ties in Pakistan.

My current monthly income exceeds CA$4,000/month (a considerable sum of money in relation to the cost of living in Pakistan) and will increase after I complete my education, as such I face no economic problems or a lack of job prospects in Pakistan that would place me at risk of overstaying in Canada.

MY FINANCIAL STATUS:

I have a current balance of 4,000,000 Pakistani rupees (Equivalent to Canadian $45454.54 approx. Calculated at current exchange rate of Rs. 88.0 per Canadian dollar) which exceeds my cost of tuition and living expenses for my entire period of my study in Canada. I have attached my bank statement in connection to my application.

DURATION OF STAY:

My course begins on May 03, 2018, and ends on December 31, 2019.

I hope I have addressed any concerns the High Commission may have that would prevent me from receiving a student visa, and should there continue to be concerns I will be happy to address them.

Yours truly,
With this new demonstration on refusal points, should previous SOP be attached?? Kindly suggest me....

After completing my Senior Secondary High School, I am keen to know more about
Commerce as it is not only the branch of Business, but also of the flourishing trade where
lucrative career options are available.
I have successfully completed my matriculation with 7.2 CGPA. I chose Commerce after

Accountancy and Business Studies have been my favorite subjects. As if on one hand,
Accounting taught me the basics of Book keeping and making Balance Sheets then
Business Studies helped me to know the basics about how to manage Business with the
help of Planning, Organizing and Directing. My curiosity kept on increasing with the
passage of time as I found it miraculous how Business tracks its operations; from
decision making to performance evaluation, how such aspects are taken care. This made
me select the program named BUSINESS- ACCOUNTING in CAMBRIAN COLLEGE
to excel more in this stream. I have achieved overall 6 Bands in IELTS.
Business is not only about earning money and paying off expenses, it is much more

Re: Application for Study Permit Made Outside of Canada

Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Adil Butt, the resident of Punjab, Pakistan, write this in regards to my application of study permit made outside of Canada. I have received an unconditional letter of acceptance from Durham College of Applied Arts & Technology, Oshawa, Ontario. I have been accepted into the September 2019 Session of, “Info Systems Security- Computers & Networking” Program. I am now applying for my study permit after receiving confirmation through Letter of Acceptance issued and have already paid the fees to reserve my seat as required by College of CDN 8,372.38.

I have been adapting interest in the field of computing from my childhood I owe a lot to my father who taught me basics of computer from my early age. He encouraged me to have idea about its history. My interest began to increase in everything related to this field of modern science that how it works and how it is useful for entire humanity. I always felt happy that my interest is gaining more fame and importance in this modern age and is the reason that why I am more sincere with my interest.

My interest remained unchanged; even it became my passion because of the inventions made by this field every day. I completed my Intermediate (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in Electrical Engineering with computer science which helped in a very decent way to improve my skills in hard ware of computer and gave me the idea how it is important in the development of society in every part of the world. I came to know how I can get involve in computer industry after my study. I was lucky enough to have such dedicated teachers who helped me in my assignments to enhance my ideas about this technology of computer.

From University Of Gujrat I passed my graduation in Information Technology through which I get enough grip on my interest to explore my ideas during my studies. During the period of four years at university I strived my best to enhance my skills regarding my fields.

In the last two semesters I got the opportunity to put my skills practically to complete my final year project. I developed my interest in web development and computer networks. The project I made was online Information system of an educational institute. This system facilitates the institutes to keep their record safely and also helped the students to communicate with their teachers and institute outside of the school/college. This project demands serious intentions and dedication from me to meet the requirement for my project. Because of this successful project I was able to develop software with my job of teaching in a school.

During studies I always felt having interest in any sports is very important for health. Cricket is my favorite sports. I was good player of cricket team that represents my university and we never disappoint our sports staff. We managed to win many competitions in various regions.

I chose Canada for my further studies because it is a multi-cultural society and is known for best quality education, apart from that country is rapidly trending towards Information Technology. Students from almost all around the globe are studying over there which makes it a great place for International students to enhance themselves and gain advanced knowledge and professional skills in their respective field of study. Canada is also one the most peaceful countries in the world so it is one of the safest place as well. There are also many other countries which are known for their quality education but I always preferred Canada as it is not overpopulated with very comfortable environment and its climate is very adoptive, just like Pakistan. No matter how far Pakistan has come in the field of education we cannot compare its education and universities with those in Canada. Higher studies from Canada will certainly give me competitive advantage and understanding of diverse environment. Finding the best college is very important with an approach and vision that matches your interests and career goals. There are number of well-known colleges in Canada but I come down in favor of Durham College, Oshawa, Ontario as it enjoys the reputation of being one of the best colleges for teaching quality, graduate satisfaction as well as staff qualification. The reason why I chose Ontario is because it is a home to the finest educational institutes in Canada and my maternal uncle lives in Ontario who will provide full financial support as well as boarding and lodging. Despite having all these qualities it is also quite affordable as well. It is offering a couple of courses in PG Diploma but I prefer Info Systems Security - Computers & Networking because it is relevant to my previous education and it will help me gain advanced skills and knowledge I need to take myself to the next level in my ICT career.

Apart from the superb career prospects what are my other reasons for choosing this course? The simple answer is that I enjoy it. I really do look forward to learn the skills to work in teams to plan and develop Industry focused software or IT Projects. Throughout the course I will be able to learn to develop smart solutions to real time problems, project management, system design, testing and documentation. Above all it will give me a full suite of relevant skill and knowledge required to get ahead in the global ICT market. This course of study is available in Pakistan but I want to get education that meets the international standards. It has always been my dream to study in a well-developed country where there are enormous facilities available to the students .

When I will successfully complete my education in Canada I will come back to Pakistan. There is a huge demand of International graduates and Post Graduates in Pakistan’s IT industry and this is due to lack of educational quality of Pakistani institutions. The multinational companies in Pakistan require highly adroit graduates who are adept in their field and have up to date knowledge of their profession. They prefer people having international exposure and offer them handsome salary packages. The salary of a Pakistani graduate ranges from Rs. 25000 to Rs. 70000. However the person with international knowledge in Pakistan are offered high salary packages which starts from Rs. 75000 and goes up to Rs. 300000 so the International certificates and diplomas are preferred in Pakistan due to their quality education, skills and knowledge.

IT specialists are offered jobs in software houses, multinational solution expert companies, networking firms and different IT project designing companies. The course I am going to study is a combination of different networking and web developing subjects so it fulfills all the needs of an IT expert. I want to use my knowledge, skills and experience in a company where organizational ability, attention towards the work, flexibility and adaptability is required. There are different IT companies in Pakistan which offer jobs for IT specialist in different fields. They are as follows:

Arpatech (http://arpatech.com/)

Nayatel (http://nayatel.com/)

Corvit Networks (www.corvit.com)

Multilynx (http://www.multilynx.pk/)

Currently, I am working in a school as teacher and developing software as a part time job. I am taking one and half year leave from my work and will return to continue my job here in Pakistan.

My home country, Pakistan means everything to me. My whole family, relatives and friends live in Pakistan and I have spent my whole life with them and living away from your family and friends is a very hard thing to do. The city where I live (Sialkot) is one of the most peaceful cities of Pakistan. My mother and two sisters live in Pakistan as a head of my family it is my duty to look after them. So on completion of my course I will return to my county to my family.

I wrote my IELTS test on April, 27, 2019 and scored overall score of 7.0 in the Academic stream. My IELTS test results and all my educational documents have been enclosed with the application package as per the CIC document checklist, for your kind perusal to process my application for Study Permit. I have enclosed the fees payment receipt paid for the program with Letter of Acceptance from the college. I have amount equivalent to CAD 15,500 in my account in Bank Alfalah which is sufficient amount of funds for my stay and survival in Canada. I would like to add that two of my maternal uncles, will also be supporting me for my stay and tuition fees in Canada, I have attached their letters of support & financial proofs for your referral as well.

Please rest assured that I am a bona fide student, I will keep myself enrolled in the DLI and will leave Canada at the end of the completion of my studies & my authorized stay in Canada. I hereby request you to issue me a Study Permit so that I may commence my study in Canada. Please contact me if you have any further questions or concerns or if you require any other documents or information for the successful processing of this application.

Thanks in advance.

Sincerely,

Name: Adil Butt

Ref: Application No S303030338, UCI No 11-1734-9552
Subject: Justification against the rejection dated December 07, 2018

Dear Sir/Madam

Reason of refusal
Your proposed studies are not reasonable considering one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies. Missing marksheet, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities or your prospects and plans.

I am Hardikkumar Satish Patel and I came from very well-respected family in my community. I my family all members are well educated especially we young like my elder sister is an electrical engineer and siblings are post graduated in engineering and medical stream. I also completed my diploma and Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile program with first class distinction (CPI 7.12 in diploma engineering and CGPA 7.79 in Bachelor of engineering). Before started my engineering, I pursued my schooling from V.B. Patel Technical School, SUNAV. I have secured 65.38% in 10th board examination In which I learn some basic technical subject like elements of engineering, design drafting and fundamental of electrical. So, this subject encourages me to choose engineering or technical stream for my further higher education from respective university like GTU. Thus, the decision gives ample opportunities to consolidate my skills and harness my technical aptitude.

Early in my diploma and bachelor engineering study I learn from basic to higher engineering mathematics and applied science that play most essential role in engineering study. Subsequently, some subjects which are related to automobile field like electrical machine and electronics, material science and metallurgy, fluid mechanics, power electronics and control engineering, automobile system design, automotive electrical and electronics. Additionally, for gaining more practical experience I had opportunities to visited manufacturing industries in the duration of my engineering such as Asia motor work at BHUJ(Gujarat) and TATA Motors at SANAND(Gujarat).

After my graduation I got job in valuable organization name as JAINAM Motors & Service Pvt. Ltd. Which has authorized dealership of Atul shakti Three-wheeler loading vehicles and I work there as a service advisor. At this position I work as a troubleshooting of vehicles and gives a guidance to the mechanics with proper aspect. Due to this experience I gain in depth practical knowledge, so I think it is extremely valuable for me.

However, in this contemporary world we have find extra ordinary changes in automotive industry. Now most of vehicles are work based on electronic control I found many industrial sector and manufacturing companies are establish their production houses fully automated with aid of electromechanically and robotics technology. So, I decided to gain more knowledge that is related to this course and I found Electro-Mechanical engineering Technician/Technology program in Sheridan college, Davis campus Bramptom Ontario, Canada. I choose this level of study because I want to gain advance knowledge related to this stream. It would be superior for me to become strong my base in Electro-Mechanical program also I have appeared IELTS test and scored over all 6 out of 9 bands. I would like to draw your attention to fact that score completely satisfy requirement of the college where I have applied for admission (Sheridan College). This is evidence for the fact I have received an unconditional offered letter within four business days of my application.

Interestingly, Canada is well known for supportive and nurturing environment that would make it easy for me to comfortably adjust to a completely new atmosphere for the duration of my study. Also, by nature I an extrovert person and the multi culture environment which will be essential for me and my personal growth. Moreover, the program which I select to study in Sheridan college (Electro- Mechanical Eng.) offered by Canadian institute carry huge magnitude and are highly valued course across the globe. In this country the practical approach to study is more influential then theoretical, which enforce me to select this country for more study and I know it will prove to be beneficial in my career. Also, firmly believe the study in Canada and gaining and international credential from a prestigious establishment such as Sheridan College will be an international step in achieving my future goals as well as my overall development and subsequently enabling me to pursue a lucrative career in India.

Sheridan College is one of the prominent college in Canada, My graduation in automobile had given me the fundamental knowledge of electronic control and electronic mechanical subjects which I needed but I lacked to practical skill and in depth knowledge of robotics fundamental, electro pneumatics, PLC(Programmable Logic Controller), mechanical power transmission and co-op work that I learn in this two year diploma program which are vary valuable as well as required for industrial employment in India. The Electro- Mechanical engineering program with the Sheridan College, students develop highly markable skills for the technology and manufacturing sectors. Graduate in this program will get opportunities to workforce as qualified to design, install, maintain, operate, supervise and service of complex Electro-Mechanical system. This program offered by Sheridan college also teach students working knowledge of current Electro-Mechanical engineering software such as CATIA & the PLC/SCADA design & control. Then I can use this knowledge in Mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace, Petrochemical and many more industries.

Furthermore, it will also help me to gain international exposure which thereby gain quality education, globally recognize degree and upgrade my skill. Also, Canada has a practical platform of study and advanced circular pattern of teaching and learning. The synopsis of program in Sheridan College provide me training about electronic mechanical control of machine. There are industries which are using different electronic machine which enable us to incorporate theoretical knowledge about electronic and robotics, quality assurance and many more.

Immediately upon the completion of this program, I would return to India to seek employment in the various public and private sector operating in my country. I am very clear of career aspirations and plans. I wish to pursue a fulfilling and rewarding career as electromechanical technician in India after my study in Canada. After my study, I will be able to effectively contribute towards solving new challenges that India has been facing on the account of rapid increasing population and developing infrastructure. Also, India is a experiencing a revolution in the field of manufacturing and mainly in automated machineries with high accuracy, the opportunities for the professionals having through, well guided and specialized knowledge in this field are immense. Graduates of this course will find employment quite easily. Moreover, all immovable property of my family is in India, my ties to the home country are profound.
In case of any queries or requirement of further information please contact me.

Thanks & Regards,
Hardik Patel

To,

Visa Officer,

High Commission Of Canada

Subject: Statement of purpose for study permit

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Karan Poudel, completed my 10th from Immanuel International Academy , Siliguri, India, affiliated by CBSE Board, in 2017, and got 88% and high school from St. Augustine’s school, Kalimpong, India, ICSE affiliated, in 2019. I was able to secure 81.75% in my final year of the high school. During my school days subjects that interested me most were math and physics and I found them inspiring, too. In particular, I have always found mathematics to be fascinating due to its manifold applications.

With an intention to study mathematics in Canada, I prepared for my IELTS test and scored overall 6.5 bands in it.

I have been granted an admission at Memorial University of Newfoundland, in the field of bachelor of science. My classes are scheduled to commence

from Jan 06, 2020. I wish to continue my undergraduation studies in applied mathematics at MUN.

Being an international student is far more than immersing oneself into an alien land or culture. It is experience that is academically rewarding and culturally enlightening which will make difference in my life, and presents in front of me brand new perspectives and thoughts.

WHY CANADA?

I would like to study in Canada as it offers quality education that will help me cultivate good moral principles and a mindset of an altruist. It has always been a serious competitor with other countries in this aspect. The fact that, these days, more students choose to go to Canada for studies is because of highly affordable degrees. I believe, I can afford to study in Canada than in most other English-speaking countries such as USA and Australia. Furthermore, degrees from Canadian institutes are recognized globally and valued by employers. Not to mention, Canada is a safe and peaceful and multicultural nation with good health care facilities.

All Canadian institutes provide a dynamic, innovative and challenging environment where one can create and nurture his/her true potential. Canadian qualification and experience will surely help me in boosting my career and building my future.

To be studying with talented students who come to Canada every year to make their dreams come true like me, is inspiring and will certainly expose me to their cultures and ethics, as well as improvise my communication skills. Therefore, going to Canada is the best thing that can ever happen in my life.

WHY MATHEMATICS AND MUN?

My love for mathematics grew from an early age and my father is the one that played an important role in instilling the love. He would show me the beauty of mathematics through various tricks that he knew to solve simple problems such as multiplication and division and so on.

I began to understand what mathematics is really all about in bits and its essence in changing the world for better only after I started my last two final years of schooling. Then I knew I really wanted to do mathematics and explore many fields of it without hesitation. A new topic I would learn in high school would become an excuse for me to be lost in thoughts and my impatience to use the knowledge in where ever I could. My consistency and diligence in learning new topics never seem to slow down and I am very grateful to have this kind of character.

What I like best about mathematics is that it does not limit opportunities. It is off-boundary and one can work anywhere with proper knowledge , be it in rocket industry or investment bank.

I want to do mathematics at an advanced level for which I chose MUN and got accepted. Memorial University Of Newfoundland is one of Canada’s top universities and is known for its great faculties and award winning professors. A dynamic institution with a strong national and international reputation for teaching and research. Its meticulously designed courses and scenic location with vibrant cultural and social life, great coastal walking trails and rock festivals and home to an annual Regatta.

The department of Mathematics at MUN is committed to the promotion of a vibrant slate of research endeavours, encompassing many different facets of the discipline.

To be surrounded with like-minded peers who are brilliant seems quite exciting and I believe MUN is the right place to meet with this circle of friends who come to MUN from across the globe.

MY FINANCIAL STATUS

I have a current balance of 25,00,000 Nepalese rupees (equivalent to Canadian $34756.60, calculated at current exchange rate of Rs. 86.366 per Canadian dollar) which exceeds my cost of tuition and living expenses for a year. I have attached my bank statement in connection to my application.

DURATION OF STAY

My course begins on Jan 06, 2020 and ends in 2023. It is a four years course.

FUTURE GOALS

I would like to say that, no sooner do I complete my course from MUN than I will leave Canada for my own country. My main purpose for going to Canada is only for studies. Furthermore, there awaits various opportunities in my country for people with a foreign education in my chosen field. Therefore, I do not intend to overstay in Canada .

Mathematics will give me a broad range of opportunities and I will be able to work as a software developer or research analyst or investment banker.

I am pretty optimistic that I will be able to secure a job in a reputed company that relies heavily on mathematics and employees with mathematical aptitudes and flairs.

I am more interested in data science as it employs techniques and theories drawn from many fields within the context of mathematics, statistics, computer science, and information science. The sheer amount of knowledge one needs to have to become a data scientist is all the more inspiring to work in the field of data science. It matches my personality.

At present, Data science is at its infancy in Nepal and is thriving at an unprecedented level as big organizations have begun to realize its essence in running the company effectively and at the same time fulfilling customer needs.

I want to make data science mainstream in my country to help companies thrive as it involves developing methods of recording, storing, and analyzing data to effectively extract useful information and boom the economy of the country, in collaboration with smart and visionary people.

Dear Sir/ Madam, I hope that you will find all my documents in proper order and I kindly request you to process my visa application. I am very thankful to you for giving me your valuable time to process my visa application.

Sincerely,

Karan Poudel

SUBMISSION

It is respectfully submitted that I have been granted admission in Selkirk College International (DLI # 019360990072), Castlegar, British Columbia, Canada in the field of Business Administration at Post Graduate level. My classes are scheduled to commence from May 2, 2018. In fact, I applied for a study permit on Oct 31, 2017 (Application # S301906691, UCI # 1105991433). However, to my surprise, my application for a Study Permit was refused by the High Commission of Canada’s letter dated Nov 20, 2017, which read Quote “You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay. In reaching this decision, I considered several factors including the purpose of visit.”

Other reason “Upon a complete review of the application, previous academic and employment history and reasonableness of undertaking the proposed studies in Canada, I am not satisfied you are a bona fide student & would depart Canada at the end of authorized stay”.

In this connection, I would like to address the concerns raised in the above-mentioned letter as follows:

STATEMENT of PURPOSE:

I have done MSc Chemistry and working in OLFRESH (PVT) Limited, Pakistan. The postgraduate program in which I have to get enrolled is an important leader of my success to reach a Managerial Position in the Corporate organization in Pakistan. Science graduation accompanied with Business Studies is quite demanding for Corporate set up as it is a professional course that will develop all the skills which are necessary for the corporate world.

The reason for selecting CANADA as my study destination is because CANADA is offering quality and state of the art education.

Respected Madam/Sir,

I would like to introduce myself as Gurmeet Singh, an Indian resident with ten years of experience in the field of electrical engineering. However, I lack a formal Bachelor’s degree in the domain of my profession, and dearly need one to scale up the professional hierarchy in my homeland, India. After strategically analyzing my career opportunities in India, I have decided to pursue an internationally recognized program from Canada. After researching extensively on the viable options, I found that the Bachelor of Engineering program, that Cape Breton University in Canada offers suits my requirements perfectly. Therefore, I have secured admission at this institute and the university has provided me with an offer letter.
I hail from an agricultural family in India, where I have always enjoyed a supportive academic environment. I have a younger sister, who is married and settled. Presently, my spouse is working in an MNC. We have a three-year old daughter, who is studying.
As a student, I was a fast learner, and my academic grades resonate my dedication to acquire skills. In 2007, I cleared my 10th grades, bagging a GPA of 8.2. My fascination for engineering intrigued me to enroll myself for the Secondary level Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering under State Board of Technical Education, Haryana. Through this program, I gained an extensive exposure to various domains like digital electronics, electrical machines, instrumentation and communication systems. Next, I got an opportunity to join a company named Johnson lifts Pvt Ltd as a diploma trainee in 2020. The company absorbed me as a permanent employee, and I worked here for six years. This was a valuable learning experience for me, and I scaled up the professional ladder. When I left this company in September 2016, I was working as a Senior Engineer Operations.
Next, I got the opportunity to work as a Senior Engineer Installation at a reputed Japanese MNC, Fujitec India Pvt Ltd. For the last four years, I have been working with this company, presently placed in the profile of an Assistant Manager Installation. Although I have been a part of the professional circuit for the last ten years, I have not completed a Bachelor’ degree in engineering yet. I believe that this degree would add value to my professional profile, propelling me ahead in my career. With adequate experience in the area of my interest, I believe this to be the right time to delve into this advanced program. Being a part of the industry in India, I am aware of the lucrative opportunities for deserving candidates. Besides, I do not want a formal engineering degree to pull me back from exploring the potential opportunities. This explains why I am opting for a Bachelor’s program ten years after working in the industry. In order to demonstrate my competency in the English language, I have cleared my IELTS with an overall band score of 7, with no less than 6 bands in each module.
All these years, I have channelized my efforts to establish myself as an accomplished professional. Over the span of a decade, I have served in different positions in two reputed companies. Starting my career as a diploma trainee, I have worked as a Diploma Technician, Senior Technician, Engineer Operations and Senior Engineering Operations at Johnson Lifts. Later, when I joined Fujitec India as a Senior Engineer Installation, I was able to broaden my professional portfolio, after which the company promoted me to the position of an Assistant Manager Installation. However, given that I have completed just a diploma in my area of interest, I have reached the point of saturation as far as my professional growth is concerned. Since I am eyeing the berth of a branch manager at one of the esteemed elevator manufacturing companies in India, I need to complete a Bachelor’ degree as the minimum academic benchmark. Walking in multiple shoes over the last ten years, I am well-versed with the technical aspects. Currently, I am competent in providing all types of technical solutions in installing escalators, elevator and auto walks. Besides, I can handle the equipment and coordinate with the maintenance team. I look forward to gain further industry-oriented knowledge in the advanced academic setup in Canada.
Cape Breton University happens to be one of the most reputed institutions in Canada, that offers a Bachelor’s program in Engineering. Through my research, I have come to know about the holistic learning environment at this institution. Presently, approximately 5,500 students are pursuing various programs from this institution and approximately 2500 are international students out of them from more than 50 countries. The industry-oriented program, relevant learning outcome and the globally recognized degree are some of the aspects I considered before choosing this particular course. Besides, I have scanned through the modules, which are well-synced with the industry. Studying in this university will significantly transform my profile, enhancing my employability in India.
In Canada, I would get the perfect academic environment, which makes it the right academic destination for me. The country is known for its superior grade of education, which is at par with other advanced nations like the US, the UK, Australia and New Zealand. However, the cost of education in Canada is comparatively lower, given that the government here provides its universities and colleges with various grants and aids. The country also has a safe academic environment for international students, free from internal and external disturbances and racism. Recruiters across the world recognize degrees obtained from the leading institutes in Canada. Considering the value that I would obtain from the program in Canada, along with the quality of lifestyle here, I have decided to pursue this program here.
Financially, we are sound and will be able to fund the program in Canada ourselves. Over the last ten years, I have accumulated my savings. Besides, my parents will support me financially through the revenue they earn from agriculture. Before filing my visa, I will clear the tuition fees for one year in Canada. Besides, I will pay CAD $10,000 as my GIC to manage the living expenses in Canada. I will also be able to bear all the incidental costs as they arise. You will find the necessary financial documents along with this application.
I believe that I have clearly presented all the relevant aspects in this application for your consideration. I hereby declare that I would respect the visa norms and return to India on completing this program. My intention to visit Canada is solely academic, and I do not have any professional interest in the country. I have already worked in India for long, and have deep connections within the industry. Evidently, I will find no difficulty in finding a high-paying job in India. I request you to scrutinize my profile and grant me the study permit for Canada. The mentioned program will significantly leverage my career and pave the path for my career growth in India.

Thank you for your time.
Gurmeet Singh
