Please assist me ! Doubts on applying in Canada

Hey there ,
I'm a class 12th pass-out (2019) (PCM with CS)
Honestly speaking , I got 61.7% in my 5 subjects aggregate. I've passed all subjects!
So, I've decided to drop a year and give improvement exams to improve my grades.
So, the thing is I want to know that when I'll apply for University , the deadline will obviously be earlier than the improvement exams.
So, what's the procedure to apply with my improved grades?
I'm interested in applying for Undergrad in CS(Computer Science).
Maybe in University of Toronto or something.
Please help me with this or should I just prepare for IIT-JEE .

If you can, prepare for IIT-JEE and do a bachelors degree in INDIA and then for PG you can always choose to study abroad. If you graduate from an IIT, you will have a far bright future than if you move now. I think CS undergraduate completed in IIT will be more fruitful than UoT.

its your choice and you have to study hard to get an admit in IIT.
For UoT, check its website for minimum requirements and marks for admission.
