dear mates,

when i read the document checklist, the following questions raised in my mind.

Work experience letter:-
it says to submit work experience letter with following details

1,the specific period of your employment ,
2,your main duties in each position,
3,number of hours worked per week,

but in my experience letters above mentioned details are missing, usually in India they don't mention these details, and if i want to got that details now it is not possible because the management people also changed in the hotel which i worked for.
how can i provide these details?

Proof of fund:-
i am supposed to show the POF while submitting the application, i am thinking to show saving balance .if i deposit that amount in the bank how long i have hold that money in the bank account? will CIC cross check the bank account during the process? because if they don't cross check i will barrow this amount from someone to deposit and give that back after application submission.
before the process get complete i can arrange the amount myself.

work experience

for last four years i worked in USA, illegally ,can i show these period in experience. will CIC counts this as experience?

-If you have work experience, the letter at least must be showing month and year you worked and that is sufficient. Dont tell me you just have a letter saying you worked without mentioning the time period.

If you borrow money from someone and put it all at once, they would ask you to prove that it is yours. You should have solid proof to show it. And of course, they can check with the bank when they start processing your file (nobody knows how they work). I have seen problems with POF deposited at once.

- This is good one. You are working in US illegally and want to come legally to Canada.....really interesting. You need a lawyer for that. Contact David Cohen of Campbell Cohen. The only question is, list of occupations for FSW has not been declared yet....so be patient and let it come out.

Dear mr.RockinCanada
i don't find any answer

CIC will not count your illegal work as experience.

You should hold the POF in your bank account throughout the process. Sometimes CIC will ask to re-verify that you have the funds while your application is being proessed. Sometimes you are also asked to provide proof that the funds have been in your account for several months. It is a bad idea to borrow money from a friend.
