Please Advise - Rent a apartment in Ontario outside GTA

Hi all,

I heard that the number of properties available online on website are very fare less than the actually vacant properties in Ontario. Most of landlord put their vacant property advertisement on the local shops windows. Is it true?

Can anyone estimate the number of days to get rental contract ? I wanna know how easy is the process to get into contract once you (newcomer) are physically in that area.

If you are not happy with the property or due to any other reason, can we end the agreement earlier?
