This may sound silly but I really don't know how to answer these questions.

6B When did you first come to live in Canada if different from A?
I have lived here since becoming a PR. Do I write NA or leave it blank if it is the same as question 6A

9C Quebec Permanent List of Electors. Do you authorize IRCC to forward your name, etc
I am not from Quebec, Do I answer No or just leave it blank

9F Request for authorization to give consent to IRCC access my LINC
I will be submitting school transcript so do I answer NO or just leave blank

Also, do I staple this application form

Thanks in advance

6B - Write N/A

9C - write N/A with pen

9F - write N/A with pen

Upto you, or some people use paperclips too. Use staples if u want.

Put N/A every place that is not applicable or it might results in returning of incomplete application

Put N/A in the boxes and do not leave them blank. This is what is required if you look at the guide. Also states DO NOT staple the application. Use paperclips
