Hi Everyone,
Since last monday me and my wife got so confused and we need some adivse and answer for our worries. every adivse and answer would be nice. When we called last week and everytime we talked with agent they all give us different answers and finanly my wife got the last think from them and they send us a letter for more information request, then we can be able to access ECAS and its showing in process now we are so worry since last week and we are wondering , if we are suppose to get a letter requesting more information, has that happened to someone where they just got their approval letter with no verification on the phone and also if Ecas would say still in process if it has been approved, without the system not being updated please advise for those painfull situation.
