Please advise | Changing sibling information after ITA (15 points)

Hi all - I received my ITA today with 529 points! It includes 15 points claimed for my sibling who is a Canadian citizen living in Canada. But is there any way I can submit my profile now without the 15 points? (considering 529 - 15 = 514 still qualifies me for the cutoff of 511)

More context:
1. My sibling, a Canadian citizen, wasn't living in Canada for last two years actively (working for a canadian employer remotely and maintaining ties like phone bills, banks accounts, license as well as a functional/firend's address).
2. He just moved back to Canada last month, to ensure I get the 15 extra points, and has a lease for a place now too.
3. However, ideally, he would now like to have the flexibility to travel/move out, if the 15 points aren't needed. So I'm wondering if I can submit my profile without the 15 points now?

I understand it's bit of a unique situation, and hence would like to know your inputs or experience with this. Thanks a lot, would really appreciate responses or referral to someone who can help me navigate.

Speak with an immigration lawyer. This has the appearance of trying to game the system since your sibling moved back only a month ago and for the sole purpose of you being able to gain the 15 points. And now you're trying to back out of that.

If you don't drop below a cut off you can remove your sibling from your profile. no issue and you don't need to explain that.

Thanks @CanGoldDigger for the inputs! Yes I'm thinking of those lines too to keep the application clean.

But what @scylla said is very much my concern too. I'll go ahead and speak with an immigration lawyer then! Welcome if there are any good referrals, please share.
