We got letter for my parents application from CIC saying that decision has been made on application, and we require your passport to finalize process. Does it mean, its approved?

I will appreciate your guys opinion !!

If you log into MyCIC you should see a sentence like "Final decision Your application was approved. You need to send us your valid passport to finalize your application. Check your messages below for details."

Your visa is almost certainly approved. Log into MyCIC to verify.

Login to your CIC account and check your application status.

But from the look of things, I'm sure your Visa have been approved..
