Please Advice

My application is still under review at CIO in Novia Scotia. I am afraid that the validity of my passport will expire before they make a decision on my application. Are they going to reject my application if my passport expires in their hand or would they ignore it and go ahead with the approval of my initial application.

Anybody who was in this similar situation or know something about it please let me know. I am so freaking out now.

It is not an issue,when you get a reply from CIO,get a new passport and send with other docs to the local visa office
