Please advice: Scam or Legit?

It's a scam. I have seen the same posting many times.
BTW NO ONE gets 2 hours lunch break here!!!
And employer cannot post "after tax" pay because tax calculation is complex in Canada. Employer NEVER knows how much tax each person will pay (depending on many things like how many family members, tax deductible expenses....etc)
Just to show that's a scam and not a legit job posting.
