can someone please guide on this ... ive lived in Australia for couple of years and then left... since im applying for the CIC, i definitely need a clearance and a police certificate... Ok , now before leaving, i had one phone bill of $-550 outstanding (direct debit) from my account , and two Credit debts worth of $-2500 since i took everything, nothing was left in my account , later on i checked my online status and found my account is in minus.
My questions is now that i need a police certificate for criminal record from Australia, will i be fine and clear? Does a bad financial history effect the police computers? or it has got nothing to do with it and i should apply for one...?
Although im sure i havnt convicted / charged or have no criminal history at all ...!
