i really need to know where i'm going with all ,,i dont understand .
I was holding a sponsorship application inland sent on october 2011 and after almost a year my file was nearly approved .. Everything was done and posted on my e-cas. Like medical received and security check was done too .
At the same time i was having a refugee claim which i didn't withdraw incase if things didn't go well with my wife .
IRB send me a letter to go for hearing and i was approved .they even knew that i have a sponsorship application in process and its almost done .
I get unto a fight with my wife and she withdraw my sponsor application in July 2012 so i had to apply again for PR as protacted person and that was in septmber 2012 but till now i didn't recive anything except application recived !
Now in my e-cas there is 2 file one is withdrawn and one application received ..
I want to know do i have to go throw all the process from the start becouse i already did medical and finger prints and Pcc with my sponsorship application . Do they transfer all what were done or i must re do them again ?? as my other file was almost done and the last thing was WE SEND YOU A LETTER ABOUT THE DECISION ON YOUR APPLICATION .DEISION MADE !
Every time i call cic they told me its 22 months ..
I just recived a 3rd new work permit and its expiring in 2017 so is that mean i have to wait for PR till 2017 or what .. How about the process thst was done in my first application ? and why would CIC accept to withdraw an application by the sponsor when the application is approved and D-made
please advice.
