I am a RN immigrated to NL in Sep 2024 under Atlantic Immigration Program and then left to US to work under H1B for a better opportunity in Oct 2025. Due to current uncertainties, I want a plan B to return back to Canada and work as a nurse in Ontario. What is my best strategy to avoid any legal challenges with my current PR or Nurse license? Please advise. p.s My PR expires in 2029.

So you’re just using Canada as a plan b ? Seriously?
Why wouldn’t you have thought of this when you moved ?
Well it's a two way street. Canada uses immigrants, Immigrants use Canada. Win-win or lose-lose, life happens.
You’ll need to do your own research about how to get licensed in Ontario after being licensed as a nurse in NL and the US. This is not really an immigration question. You need to meet your RO to being able to be sure to retain your PR status.
