Guys i need your help. I want to apply for a visitor visa here in Singapore Canadian Embassy. Some of the documents that they requiring i can provide however my first question is do i have to book my ticket first or do i need to book it after my approval of my visa? Secondly, i wil stay for atleast 1 month in Alberta so how much money do i need to deposit on my account? Third, in an invitation letter is it necessary to tell my friend that he will state that. He'll be the one to pay for my tickets? And lastly, im just earning roughly around S$1000 is it enough to prove my financial stability as a supporting document?

Thanks a lot. Please i need all your response and advices.

Neither.

1K CAN for each week after accommodation expenses.

It is necessary to make it clear to the CIC how you plan on covering your expenses.

No it is not. You need more than that, for example savings, credit lines, etc. If you earn that and barely make it to the end of month then it is not nearly enough.

Hi jalex thank you.

So you mean chances are my application will be denied bcoz i only earn that much in a month and it will not good enough for my financial ties as a supporting documents? Even if i wil deposit around 3k in my account. Thanks again.

I never said that. Many people get approved TRVs with less monthly income than that. Of course they have proven strong ties to their homecountry (for example a good line of credit aka credit card) or constant savings that add up to the amount needed for the stay.

If you suddenly deposit 3k in your account that will raise suspicion as you are only earning 1k, so three months "savings" looks odd. Be prepared to justify where the money is coming from and do it at least 3 months BEFORE applying for the TRV.

I would suggest shortening your visit to 2 weeks, tops 3. Your financial situation can't justify a longer trip.
