Planning to apply for SINP. I see SINP needs license for IT professionals from CISP.But My Experience as School Administrator

hello I am Confuse.I have Msc IT.And i am Planning to apply SINP.I see SINP needs license for IT professionals.But i have No experience in IT sector.I just have experience in Administrator.So i want to know Is i need License for Apply SINP even I have no IT experience?

When you say administrator...what is the NOC? SINP requirements are very clear. Your education must match your NOC.
