i have applied for canada for jan 2014 i got refused now i am thinking to apply in the same course in another colllege under non spp can i apply in the same intake jan 2014or not i applied on sep 30 i got my rejection letter today it was so disturbing i got 80 percent in 10th cbse and 65percent in 12th non medical they said my acadamic result is not gud and in ielts overall 6.5 with nooo module lesss then 6
