Planning for immigration to Canada

Dear all,

Could you please help me to understand the procedure to move to Canada under program Provincial Nomination Program.
I am having 10 years experience as an oracle application programmer. I am working in Kenya currently.
Moreover, how much band needs to apply for skilled immigration.
Any other information regarding finding job/immigration will give me more vision.
