PK-Applicant: What I am Expecting from LVO

After a period of two years, a month ago my ECAS status was updated with Received by Visa Office. And a new line-02 added on 01-Jun-2012 in my ECAS:-

Line01: We received your application for permanent residence on March XX, 2010.

Line02: We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on May XX, 2012 to XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. If we have sent the letter to the wrong address, please contact us.

However I noticed that address at line02 is wrong. I contacted LVO and informed about my correct mailing address.

On Saturday, I received a letter from TCS Visatronix. The letter is reproduced here:-

Dear Customer,
We have received your documents from Canadian immigration Department, UK. We had been trying to contact you, but your contact number(s) provided to us by immigration was/were not responding or off.

So, you are kindly requested to collect the documents Personally from TCS Visatronix Karachi and please bring Original and Photocopy of your CNIC along with Service Charges 1400/- only.

I will collect the document on next working day. I will appreciate if anyone guide what I am expecting from Visa Office??? Please help.

I got the document back along-with a refusal letter on the basis of JD mismatch.
