PK-Applicant: Recieved refusal.....

Dear Friends,
Please advice on my issue.

I got the refusal letter on the basis of JD mismatch along-with Original docs.
My name, address and contact details written on refusal letter was correct.
But the reference they used under the heading of 'Our File' : B0XXXXXXXX was neither my old file number nor my new file number.

What do you think? People those got their refusal letter has different "file number' written on the letter as mine. Or they have their own file number written on the refusal letter??

Kindly guide me for further action? What shoudl I do ??

Brother very sorry to hear about your refusal.

Well I dont have any personal experience in this regard but what I can say that File number does not change at all,once its assigned to you (in the recent past people got their file numbers changed from BXXXXXXXX to EXXXXXXXXX but that due to change of software system by CIC) ,otherwise the same file number continues .I got my same file number stamped even on my PR visa on my Passport .In my view you should immediately contact London office and explain the situation ,hopefully they will respond and clearify.
