January? Hindi kaya sobrang lamig pa that time sa SK? hehe! February kaya? Or March? hehe! Sana may visa na tayo this year...

hi tiegrlily, magkanu naman ung 1 room afair jan, i mean ung rental ng isang room, kmi lang kc ng hubby ko wala pa kids eh. ung sa friend ko kc na nasa calgary may isang anak is 500 dollar daw kumpleto na pati utilities na. mas mura ba jan?

oo nga baka malamig pa nun. hehe. pero gusto ko na umalis and work eh. d ako sanay na sa bahay lng and not work... july 26 dumating yung MR ko so i still have around sept 24 to do the medicals. plan ko is to do it 1st week of september para ma max out ko until end of contract ko. haay sana ok lng yun... try ko ulit mag send ng request sa fb. gerlalo and jandox, kelan po nyo balak umalis? sana pwedeng makisabay para masaya

hi im a newbie here. hhmm.. i just knew that if you had no agency it took a year before your visa is approved.
wherein, my co-manager has a agency and she applied on the category of skilled worker in canada, for almost 5 months she flew to canada (Victoria, B.Columbia)..

And will apply soon on the agency. but the job is a 2 yrs contract requirement.

Ako din, gusto ko na umalis at mag work. Hindi pa ako natetengga since I started working after ng board exam. hehe! ASAP ko sana gusto umalis. hehe! Once na dumating ang visa, alis na siguro kami after a month. Pwera lang kapag matatapat ng winter. hehe! Kaya malamang early next year.

May kaka-join lang sa FB group. I am not sure kung ikaw yun. hehe!

hello po. Kakabasa ko lng ng thread na to. na encourage tuloy ako mag apply sa SK. may nurse po ba dito? gusto ko kse mag apply nlng dun. MR na po ako and sana early next year makaalis nko. may idea po ba kayo about nursing career sa SK? Pa add din po sa fb if ok lng. hehe thanks2x

hi! sa SK din ang balak namin mag settle pero waiting for MR pa rin lang kami. i am a nurse pero hindi yun ang NOC na inapplyan ko, i have relatives na nurse sa SK and the prospect seems OK ang problema lang hindi ka makakapag work agad as nurse sa SK if you are not registered yet sa SRNA (Sask Registered Nurses Asso). if you are internationally educated, you have to apply for assessment first sa SRNA. if found eligible and equivalent educ mo with canada, they will approve you to sit sa CRNE (parang NCLEX ng US), at pag nakapasa that's the only time you can work as nurse. i applied for assessment last year pa pero until now wala pang result dahil sa dami ng natatanggap nilang applications...i suggest you check their website how to go about registering as nurse sa SK. i-goggle mo yung SRNA. goodluck!

Talaga? when did u apply for assessment? meaning pala i should start now. i checked out their website and downloaded some forms. pwede naman online application d ba? I heard it takes more than a year for the processing. so mag survival jobs muna before maging RN. hehe. ano sis NOC na inapplyan mo? thanks po for the info

pa-join I'm in Regina. We arrived here last February and the cold temperature was really a shock, umalis kami sa 'pinas it was around 25C and when we arrived here it was -20C. According to my husband and mga nakakausap kong Canadians, January and February are the worst months in winter.

Kaya if aalis ng January, be sure you have a winter jacket with you para ready na isuot anytime.

You're welcome annie_t! May tita naman ako sa Toronto, pinsan ng mother ko. Gusto ng tita ko na doon kami mag stay sa kanila. O kahit doon muna daw kami bago pumunta sa SK. Kaso baka mahiya na kaming umalis kapag naandoon na kami sa Toronto. hehe! Saka baka daw magustuhan namin sa Toronto at hindi na kami lumipat sa SK. hehe!

Pero SK pa din kami. hehe! Bibisitahin naman nya kami sa SK kahit anong mangyari. hehe!

Malamig nga sa SK during that period. Lagi ko kase monitor ang temperature ng SK since last year. At iniisip ko kung tatagal ako sa lamig. hehe!

Sana dumating na ang visa namin. Para before winter makapunta na ng SK. Para makapag-adjust ang katawan during temperaure change. hehe!
