call st lukes again and ask if you can bring ANOTHER FORM OF IDENTIFICATION OTHER THAN A PASSPORT since the Embassy has it already. The only reason they need the photocopy is for IDENTIFICATION PROCESSES. Pls try asking St lukes if a baptismal/birth certficate will do.april20 said:
