In order to continue processing your application, we require the following information and/or documents:


•Fully Completed Appendix A (attached) for you and each of your family members, whether accompanying you to Canada or not. Passport details are not required for any family member who is not accompanying you to Canada. (Each person should complete his/her own form.)



•Original Passport(s)


To ensure timely processing and facilitate your travel, we strongly recommend that you submit the new red-coloured passports currently being issued by the Philippines authorities as they are in compliance with the machine-readable passport Requirement of the International Civil Aviation Organization

Ito yung kadugsong nyan o kya depende kung may hihingin pa sila syo. May naka attach bgang file sa email? Yun kasi yung Appendix A kung meron man. Mas maige pa siguro email mo sila o kya namay mas maganda kung matatawagan mo. Kabayan wag kang magalala yang ine email syo ganyan ang passport request. Sana'y nakatulong syo ito kahit papaano.
 
yup! tama si Dynor, kc ganyan din ang natanggap ko. dalawang attachment yon na PDF. Yehey! PPR received last saturday night. nakita ko na lang nong nagcheck ako ng email ng madaling araw ng sunday... yehey! im so happy talaga :D sunod na kayo mga Junersss...

salamat simatar...i wasnt sure kasi kung ppr request un eh..kasi wala nakalagay na passport kelangan na...pero nun sinabi ni DYNOR na may kulang dun sa email nung sa manila embassy medyo nakaluwag ang loob ko..hay nko pero coconfirm ko pa din kung anu un additional docs na kelangan nila...pra mas malinaw....susunod ka na simatar hintay lng tau...un sakin Aug 20 ang na approve ako as a sponsor..natangap sa embassy ng manila ng aug 27th 2012....goodluck to all of us...=)) thank god at umuusad na ang mga apps...Thanks be to god =))

samjo09 nun jan 27 mo ba nareceive un ppr mo? ganyan din ba natangap mo na sulat?

Hi! Sa tingin ko PPR ang natanggap mo. Ganun din kasi sa akin nung matanggap ko ppr ko may nakasulat din na additional documents and naka specify ang sa akin like: passport, appendix A etc. and should be sent within 45 days. Better siguro tumawag ka bukas. God bless.

dynor salamat sa information na bnigay mo medyo nakampante naman ako...kaya lng bkit naman nila kaya makakalimutan un isang attachement? sa tingin mo ba tlga kulang un attachement na binigay nila sakin....

3 pages lahat nareceive ko na sulat...san ba karugtong un pinost mo na kulang sa letter ko?...pls help im really confuse =( do you mind posting the letter that you received from manila if u don't mind lng..pls..=)
 
pahelp nman po sa mga nakapagpasa na ng passport nila. yon bang application number yon yong file number natin?
