Hi I would like to ask if how can I get NBI here in Toronto Canada? Does anyone know if Philcongen Toronto (7th Floor, 160 Eglinton Ave E, Toronto, ON) process NBI Certificates? do I need an appointment for it or is it just walk-in? how much does it cost and how long will it take to get the certificate?
I renewed my passport through their office. Would it be possible to get an NBI without my original passport? I only have a photocopy of it now. please help.
