and i think it is stated in the form not to write the passport details of the family members not accompanying you..

Ay, ganon po ba! Hindi na need ung passport details ng spouse? Pero ung other infos about kay spouse like birthdate, height, eye colour and etc...ilalagay un? Thanks po

Lagi akong nag aabang kung sino na ang nagka PPR dahil nagbabakasakali lang ako na makakuha na din ng PPR ang asawa ko. namimiss ko na sya..
