CIC is cooking a new "PILOT PROJECT" centering on Temporary Foreign Workers to answer the labor crunch in Canada . Why they don't fast track and simplify ,"the real one", to shorten processing time in other scheme the like of Skilled Visa Applicaton , instead? Why? Why? Why? Why?............... why? Please clear my confusion?
