piece of ID

i am applying citizenship for my son (minor)
we have his following docs as pieces of the child’s personal identification

1. passport copy
2. PR copy
3. health card (no pic on it)
4. school letter (no pic on it)

CIC said one should have photo on it.
could anyone plz tell if my son's those docs gonna work?

Both passport and PR Card have the person's pictures in it, so yes. When I sent in my application, I sent in photocopy of passport, PR Card, and health card (the old one did not have a picture, the new one does). All good.

Hi - same QUESTION were you successful with just those documents?
Applying for a minor citizenship application - the Document checklist requires copies of passports and pr cards, but then ALSO separately asks for PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS - e.g. Child's HEALTH CARD OR SCHOOL RECORD, ONE OF WHICH SHOULD HAVE A PHOTO? I am concerned that they are asking for another photo ID document? Could I send a ski-pass/soccer ID card?

For minor kids : Passport , PR card,health card , school records just enough. Pic I'd u can use passport & PR card. That's what I used for my 9 yr old daughter and we became Canadian on 14th Jan 2016.
