pictures and proof of passing english exam not needed in CIO

Hello guys,

I am ready to submit my documents to CIO, my initial application. I just want to clarify this one because from what I've read pictures and english exam certificates are not needed in your initial application to CIO but I see a lot of users here saying that we should submit our english exams during our initial application as well as pictures. Can somebody confirm this for me? thank you.

No, if it is initial application to Sydney N.S. , you do not have to send pictures or IELTS. You will be asked to provide them for visa office ( second stage of process) . You should however take the IELTS if you have not taken it.
