Physical Presence: I have re-checked everything looks good from my side.
I got this message saying that "In your records, we cannot confirm your time in canada before you became a permanent resident" (PR).
any one got same thing? any suggestions to get it resolved?

Hello bmkst
You can include a copy of all pages of your passports showing exit and entry stamps. Any stam that is not in English or French should be officially translated.

Also make sure to include a printout of the physical presence calculator IRCC web tool.
