Physical Presence & Previous Valid Status Question

Hi,

I am applying for my citizenship currently but Im not quite sure what to put for the expiry date of my previous study permit. Basically I have a study permit that says expired on "August 2022" but I actually withdrew from my school in the January of that year and stopped studying. What do I need to put for expiry of this permit? the date I stopped enrolling or the date my permit is expred? I dont want those dates to be counted towards my physical presence if I wasnt "actively studying".

I couldnt find any information online about this so thats why Im asking here. Thanks for everyones help.

For the expiry of thie permit you need to put the expiry of this permit, simple like that.

Physical presence is not calculated based on the expiry.

If you weren’t actively studying and not meeting the conditions of your study permit I would be more concerned that you were in Canada without status in 2021/22. IRCC was fairly lax going after people for not meeting the condition of their permits then but that is no longer the case.
