Hi,

I need to confirm something as i am going to apply for citizenship soon. Do we have to count time from Hearing for positive decision for protected person or Notice of Decision Received from IRB in mail?

My hearing date was in September and i received written decision in OCT.

The letter should state the date that you became a "Protected Person". Then use the Physical Presence Calculator.
