I am sponsoring my Wife only. We have no kids, just got married. According to the Immigrants Guide on Page 7 in bold:

Persons living in the countries listed below must also provide a negative and two Photos for themselves and each family member.

Now we have no kids. Would their consider her parents/bro/sis as the family members?

I do not believe so in this instance.

Those family members are listed elsewhere.

in this case you are her only family member .. the siblings are listed in another section

i believe the guide clearly states this... but i know this process can be confusing!

Here they mean just the person / people immigrating - so just your wife.
