Do I need to stick he photo in the application form somewhere or just keep inside the envelope for all applicants together...

Use a small envelope and put the photos in it. I just put the folded sheet photo holder given to me at local drug store. Do not stick or glue or attach to the application..

Photographs

You must:

provide two (2) identical citizenship photographs (except Renunciation applications, only one (1) photo is required);
print the Citizenship Photo Specifications page and take it to the photographer to make sure you get the correct size photo;
follow the steps explained on the form; and
do not staple, glue or otherwise attach the photo directly to the application.

Your application will be returned to you if you do not include the two (2) photos that meet the citizenship photo specifications.

Do Not stick, keep them in envelop as they need to look at the back of your photos to see stamp and printed name

How many applications are there int he envelope....did you segregate and kept the photos in each application if more than one ...if so then nothing to worry....they need name in case if photos are mixed and to identify whose photo goes in which application....not a reason to return the application for this ....
