photos required while sending first time application?

Hi Guys,
I am sending the application for the first time.
I checked the check list it says the photos are not required at this time.
Shouldn't i even stick the photo on principal application form also?

No, no photos are requried at this stage.

Follow Check list, if it says no need at first stage, then it shouldnt any confusion.

It says no photos are required at this stage. It may mean that extra photos r not required because forms has space for photos. So shud we stick photos there?

As new applicant, you have 2 stages, First Sydeny and if they approved you, then next stage is your local visa office. So "No photos required at this stage"means if you are on first stage.. sending application to Sydeny,you no need to stick or include any of your photos, even for principal aplicants or dependents. When it will reach second stage, of course you need photos with fullapplication but to your Local visa office and not to Sydeny. Hope things are clear now.
