photos in final pack

I'm in final stages of preparng the final deck.

There is no specific mention to stick the photos on the GENERIC form. The only mention is to have 6 picture in an envelope.

So, New Delhi successful candidated - did you or did you not stick an extra photo on the GENERIC form?

No need to Stick photos of forms or anywhere, Just put in one envelope and dont forget to write your name, date of birth and date of photo taken ¨back of only one photo¨.

Hey, 2 doubts in your response.

1. photos of all members go in 1 envelope? or in different envelopes?
2. information like DOB, DO click, Name needs to go on the back of only 1 photo or all?

Well, to your first question,

several different ways people submited photo, forexample, you can have little photo size envelope for each family member photos, then one main envelope for all. This is my personal opinion, what I did, I bough little photo size envelope for me nd my wiife, then as you know, Forums should to be at top after check list and any letter, so i attached photo envelope with mine forums and my wife's forum.


You second question, name, date of birth and date of photo taken back of only one photo for each member.

Annexure A - section 14 -

14. PHOTO REQUIREMENTS
Supply six (6) photos for each member of your family and yourself. Follow the
instructions provided in section How to Complete the Forms of the application
guide and in Appendix B: Photo Specifications.
On the back of each photograph, write the name and of birth of the person who
appears in the photo as well as the date the photo was taken.
